At Fresh Bath Living, we stand behind the quality of our premium bathroom products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase of bath fixtures, boiler systems, or bathroom furniture, we offer a straightforward returns and exchange process.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Item must be in original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact
- Return request must be made within 15 days of receiving your order
- Original proof of purchase (order number/invoice) must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Boiler servicing kits and boiler spares (once opened)
- Custom-cut bath panels or bath screens
- Bathroom lighting fixtures with removed protective film
- Opened packages of bathroom furniture hardware
Return Process
- Initiate Your Return: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your return request within 15 days of delivery. Use our template below for faster processing.
- Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Package Your Item: Securely repackage the item in its original packaging with all accessories.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our Charlotte facility using a trackable shipping method. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Process
For exchanges of bath taps, shower mixers, or other bathroom products:
- Follow the same initial steps as the return process
- Clearly state in your email the product you wish to exchange for
- We’ll provide instructions for returning the original item and processing your new order
- Price differences will be charged or refunded as applicable
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds will be processed within 5 business days
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- For PayPal payments, refunds typically appear within 24 hours
- Credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
